Essential December 2025 Tax Deadlines for Businesses

December 15: Corporate Estimated Taxes

December 15: Payroll Tax Deposits

Employers adhering to the monthly deposit rule must submit their deposits for Social Security, Medicare, and withheld income taxes for November by this deadline. Additionally, non-payroll withholding for November is also due if the monthly deposit criteria apply.

With the end of the fiscal year imminent, it's critical to ensure all necessary transactions and activities are wrapped up before potential interruptions on December 31st. Many financial institutions may close early, warranting actions done in advance.
